What you will be doing

• Mixing cocktails, pouring wine and beer, entertaining guests with lively conversation.  Creating new and interesting cocktails for special occasions.  You will also be serving food to bar patrons, upon request.

Job requirements

• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule which will include weekends.  Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.  Must enjoy delivering outstanding guest service!
• Required – High school degree or equivalent.
• Certifications:
  • Preferred: First Aid
  • Required: T.I.P.S
  • Preferred: Serve Safe Certification
  • Preferred: Previous T.R.A.C. training
• Experience:
  • Required: minimum of 2 years' experience as a restaurant server.
  • Preferred: minimum of 2 years hotel experience.
• Special Qualifications:
  • Must meet any city, county, state or other legal minimum age requirement to sell/serve alcoholic beverages.
