This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Host / Hostess to work in one of the shoreline's top restaurants, rated 4 Diamonds / 4 Stars and recipient of the coveted Hilton Connie Award in 2017, The Wharf at Madison Beach Hotel.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Enthusiasm, positive attitude
- Passionate about high quality food and beverage
- A drive to serve others
- Eager to learn and grow
- Part-Time average 20 hours a week with potential for Full-Time in the future
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will likely include weekends and holidays (we tend to work while others play).
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, move up and down stairs, and carry trays up to 20 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
Job requirements:
- Required experience managing the dining room space through use of Open Table or similar online reservation system
- Minimum of 1 year as a Host / Hostess in a fine dining atmosphere
