Management and direction of culinary and stewarding staff while actively working ala carte production stations. Coordinates the purchase of all food items and is active in menu development. Responsibilities include training and motivating the kitchen, develop and coordinate all culinary activities. Manage and maintain AAA Four-Diamond standards. Provide a hands-on management presence to cultivate teamwork. Create an environment that fosters staff development through hands-on culinary innovation. Stay on task and aligned with Madison Beach Hotel’s culinary vision and growth plan.
